Part of our work at NWGRCC is supporting professional excellence! Advances in the area of cancer generate new information every day. We help our regional professionals and the community gain timely and convenient access to this information through both our Continuing Education programs and our Consumer Education programs.
A key role of the Cancer Coalition is to provide local physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals with the most current cancer-related information. To determine what type of education or training is most needed, as well as the best way to present the information, we first survey these professionals to identify learning needs, and then bring in expert speakers and other learning opportunities to meet the identified needs.
